What are your rates and how do I book with you?
Do you have a studio or do you travel to me?
I offer both! You can book with me at my in-home studio in SW Edmonton, or I can travel to the convenience of your location.
Do you take out of town bookings?
Yes my travel rate is $0.60 per km both ways from Edmonton. If an early start, a hotel rate may be required if located over 200km. Contact me for a quote.
Do you do bridal makeup? And book bridal parties?
Yes! Click here for info, rates and how to book. I book a maximum of 4 people per group.
What is a bridal trial and is it necessary?
A bridal trial is a full makeup application before the date. It is our chance to meet, discuss your preferences and create your dream wedding look. It is optional but I highly recommend it so you know exactly what to expect and helps for things to run smoothly on the day of. A lot of brides book the trial on the day of their engagement photos, bridal shower or stagette, which is a good chance to see how your makeup photographs.
Do you offer group rates?
For mobile event makeup yes. Group rate is $150 per person plus $50 travel fee within Edmonton (lashes included). I book a maximum of 4 people per group. Contact me for availability and booking.
Do you offer false lashes and is it an extra cost?
Yes I offer Pink Mink luxury lashes with many styles to choose from, and they are included with every application at no additional cost.
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. For event makeup, you may reschedule if given atleast 24 hours notice. If no-showed or cancelled within 24 hours, your deposit is forfeited and non-transferable.
For bridal bookings, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How long does a makeup application take?
For event makeup I book 1.5 hours per appointment. If doing full glam like cut creases etc, it may take up to 2 hours. I prefer to never rush the beauty process.
For bridal makeup I book 2 hours for the bride, and bridesmaids or mother of the bride I book 1.5 hours each.
What is soft glam vs full glam?
Soft glam is more neutral and muted tones (browns, soft pink/peach), it is still pretty and glam but not too intense. Full glam is more bold and eye catching, like dark smokey eyes, cut crease, glitter, or bold colours. Because of the detail, full glam takes extra time (up to 2 hours).
How long have you been doing makeup? Are you certified?
I have 13 years experience as a makeup artist, and yes I graduated from the top makeup school in Canada (Blanche Macdonald Centre), and have taken celebrity artist masterclasses to further advance my education. I've done freelance makeup for weddings, photography, film and fashion over the past decade, and worked at MAC Cosmetics for several years.
Will my makeup last all day?
Yes! I use high quality and long-wearing foundation and setting products, which help for your makeup to last all day. The only areas you may have to touch-up would be your lipstick, and powder if your skin is prone to shine.
What makeup brands do you use?
I only use high quality and professional-grade products in my kit. Some of my frequent brands include MAC, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Toofaced, Danessa Myricks, Makeup by Mario and Charlotte Tilbury.
Do you do women of colour/darker skin?
Yes of course! My experience working at MAC really helped to hone my skill of working on all ethnicities and ages. I have a wide range of complexion products for ALL skin tones. I understand the challenges women of colour face when it comes to makeup, I always aim to find the right products that will best complement your skin tone and features.

I mainly take makeup bookings on weekends and select Fridays, with my online schedule open 2 months in advance. For later bookings, contact me and I may be able to make your desired date and time work!
For bridal makeup I book up to 1 year in advance, please contact me with your inquiry.
